I had a great Easter weekend. The weather was gorgeous and all three kids in my entire family had a blast with the egg hunt...although 75% of them didn't really understand what was going on.
Although this was Phoenix's second Easter, it turned out to be his first official Easter egg hunt. I wanted to make it special for him so I prepared a little basket full of goodies for him, and his little cousins.
The main item in the baskets were these adorable handmade bunnies:
Although I would like to take full credit for them, unfortunately I just cannot. The free pattern and inspiration for them came from this wonderful website, the Qdpatooties blog. The moment I saw this little guy, Tippy, I just had to make it.
Here is the trio, in their little baskets, ready to go home with their new owners.
I found the pattern very simple and easy to follow, and as a big plus, Phoenix fell in love with his bunny the moment he saw him. He has been carrying him around and giving him lots of hugs and kisses.

I love your blog! It's beautiful and your selection of all these cute things is great!
